I really liked Rose's halloween costume, although i am not 100% sure of what it is. The British model and actress looked absolutely gorgeous though! She opted for underwear and a garter and a long jacket/cape thing. She was, however, keeping warm with the help of a very furry jacket.
Rosie also wore a skull and some flowers in her hair, red lipstick, and vintage glasses and lots of pearls. She looked smokin' hot and definitely pulled off the pantless look with!
